" This greatly improved and extended Victorian semi-detached home is situated in a tucked away position at the end of a long driveway and is presented in very good decorative order throughout. The accommodation briefly comprises covered entrance porch with glazed front door to the entrance hall which has stripped pine floorboards, staircase to the first floor landing and stripped pine door to the sitting room, which has a square bay double glazed window and an ornamental fireplace surround. The family room has a built-in understairs storage cupboard and ornamental fireplace surround and the large kitchen/dining room is fitted with a range of modern units comprising cupboards, drawers, wall cupboards and working surfaces, there are oak floorboards and twin double glazed casement doors to the outside. The utility room has plumbing for an automatic washing machine, a heated towel rail and door leading to the ground floor bedroom three which has double glazed casement doors to the rear garden. The shower room has a multi-jet shower unit set in a cubicle and there is a pedestal basin and low level wc. On the first floor landing there is a hatch to the roof space and two bedrooms both of which have ornamental fireplace surrounds. To the rear of the property there is a further gravel area with a circular patio and the garden is screened by panelled fencing and there is rear pedestrian access.
Situation
95 Forest Road is located in the popular hamlet of Liss Forest, 1? miles from Liss village centre which has a range of shops for day to day needs and railway station on the Portsmouth to London Waterloo line. The market town of Petersfield has an excellent range of shopping facilities including the Rams Walk shopping complex, Tesco and Waitrose supermarkets, Marks and Spencer food hall and a twice weekly market held in The Square on Wednesday and Saturday. Petersfield has a main line railway station and for commuters travelling by road the A3 bypass has improved access between the South Coast and London. Recreational facilities include The Heath, lake, 18 hole golf course, Taro Sports Centre and there are various clubs and societies.
