" Liss is a location which can only be described as a village with a great route to the A3. This 3 bedroom family home is tucked away off the road, offering good parking to the front. Inside is surprisingly good for this 1980's build home. The ground floor offers a lounge/dining room and kitchen with direct access to the enclosed rear garden. To the first floor there are 3 double bedrooms, which is rare in a property of this age, and the rear garden is ample for any starting family.This property does offer the potential to improve for the next owner.

The size of the inside of the house really grabbed us when we viewed. We as a family needed somewhere local to the A3 and railway station, but all the properties we had viewed before were so close to the road that when this one came up that was sat back, it was very appealing so we were hoping that the inside complemented the outside.We were very surprised and made up our minds to buy it. I believe that if we had not looked inside we may have missed out on the property.
