" A very good opportunity to purchase this well proportioned three bedroom Edwardian end of terrace of home presented in good decorative order throughout. The accommodation briefly comprises entrance porch with secondary glazed window, dining room with open plan staircase to the first floor, secondary glazed sash window and stripped pine floorboards and the extended sitting room has an open hearth fireplace set in a tiled surround and also has stripped pine floorboards. The kitchen is fitted with a range of units comprising cupboards, drawers, wall cupboards and working surfaces and there is a built-in electric oven, gas hob and extractor hood. The inner lobby has built-in storage cupboards, part glazed door to the utility room and further door to a ground floor shower room with white suite comprising shower unit set in a tiled cubicle, wash hand basin and low level wc.
