" A well presented five bedroom link detached house with a one bedroom annexe. The property has been refurbished by the current owners to a high standard.
An oak contemporary front door leads to an entrance hall with Italian marble flooring and a cast iron radiator. Leading off the hall there is an office/second reception room with solid oak flooring and white shutters to the window. The open plan kitchen/dining/sitting room has Italian marble flooring throughout with contemporary white gloss units, grey quartz worktops, built in appliances and an island wrapped in white Corian. The dining area has velux windows and leads to the sitting room with a contemporary wood burner and Oak bi-fold doors opening onto the garden.
