The house was built in 1929.  It is a detached property with parking, garage and a garden.  The house has two floors under a slate roof.  The rooms have high ceilings, and large windows allowing plenty of light into the rooms. 

The sitting room has an open fire that’s a welcome feature.

There is a conservatory that looks out onto the garden, and is used as a dining room and for entertaining by the owners.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a family bathroom.  There is a good-sized loft with a pull-down ladder that is currently used for storage but could potentially be converted into another bedroom.

Outside, there is a parking area for two cars leading to the garage.

The current owners have lived here since 2004 and need to move for work-related reasons.
