" Barnards is a charming and attractive Grade II Listed home set within the tranquil village of East Meon adjacent to the River Meon. The property dates back to the 16th century and retains many character features, including fireplaces, exposed beams and wooden flooring. However, Barnards also offers many exciting opportunities to update and modernise.

From the welcoming entrance hall there are two spacious reception rooms, comprising a study with original wood panelling along with a useful under stairs storage cupboard, and a spacious sitting room with an open hearth fireplace which opens into the dining room/conservatory with doors out the rear garden. The kitchen/breakfast room has a range of units with a gas oven and hob and also opens onto the dining room/conservatory.
