DESCRIPTION
This delightful Grade II listed cottage has been meticulously improved and maintained. The accommodation not only has a huge amount of charm and character but also is very practical with good sized rooms and good ceiling heights. About five years ago a substantial oak framed extension to the rear was added to provide a large kitchen/dining room. East Meon is a beautiful village nestled in the foot of The Downs and this cottage is located in a quiet lane in the centre of the village.
