" This three bedroom terraced home has recently undergone a comprehensive updating and redecoration programme by the current owners and an early internal inspection is strongly recommended. The accommodation briefly comprises, entrance porch with recessed lighting and door to the sitting room which has an open hearth fireplace, fitted bookshelves, two Dimplex night storage heaters and a built-in storage cupboard with shelving. The inner hall has slate flooring with underfloor heating and staircase to the first floor with cupboard beneath. The dining room also has slate flooring with underfloor heating, recessed ceiling lights, two double glazed skylight windows, built in storage cupboard with plumbing for washing machine and double glazed folding doors to the rear paved patio. The kitchen has been fitted with an excellent range of modern units comprising 1? bowl Franke sink unit with mixer tap and water filter, stylish base units, glazed wall cabinets and walnut working surfaces, built-in electric double oven/grill, hob unit with extractor fan above, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and the slate floor has underfloor heating.
