" The owners told me what it was that attracted them to the house when they bought it, and on viewing their home it is easy to see why they fell in love with it.The size and volume of windows must make this house one of the brightest even on the dullest of days. The house was built circa 1962 and was extended by the current owners in 1995. The ground floor extension has created a beautiful kitchen/breakfast/family room which is also lovely and bright due to it having a dual aspect. The first floor provides stunning views to the front and rear as well as 4 very good size bedrooms. The owners have also added a en-suite to the master bedroom which now makes this a comprehensive family home in one of the most sought after villages. The Close itself has a very intimate feel to it as there are only 14 houses. The local school which is only a short walk from the house has been classed as "Outstanding". So this really is an exceptional family house in a fantastic location and we hope you will enjoy living here as much as the current owners have.

What the Owner says:

The minute we first stepped inside our home we knew this would be the house for us. There was so much natural light streaming in through the many windows and all the rooms are of a great size. The entrance hall and landing are very spacious too with stunning views over the countryside from the landing and front bedroom windows. The garden is a real sun trap, the gate in the garden, provides immediate access to the playing field. The biggest selling points must be the excellent village location, abundance of natural light and wonderful views.
