" This very well proportioned and greatly extended family residence is presented in good decorative order throughout. The accommodation comprises entrance porch with double glazed window overlooking the front garden, entrance hall with staircase to the first floor landing, glazed double doors to the sitting room and further door to the living room which has double glazed windows to two aspects overlooking the front and rear gardens and an open hearth fireplace. The sitting room has a double glazed window to the front aspect with a lovely view of St Peter's Church, a wood burning stove set on a brick plinth, understairs storage cupboard and further built-in cupboard and there are double glazed casement doors to the rear garden. The kitchen/dining room is a most impressive room fitted with an excellent range of hand painted kitchen units comprising cupboards, drawers, wall cupboards and working surfaces, a double bowl enamel sink unit with mixer tap, built-in dishwasher and fridge, fitted cupboards with pull out wicker baskets, ceramic tiled flooring with underfloor heating, double glazed windows to two aspects, built-in larder and glazed door to the rear lobby. The village of Froxfield is 2?+? miles west of the market town of Petersfield and the parish lies within the East Hampshire AONB and the South Downs National Park. Close to the property is Froxfield C of E Infant School and village hall and Petersfield offers a comprehensive range of shopping facilities including supermarkets and independent shops and a twice weekly market held in The Square. There is a main line railway station at Petersfield providing a service from Portsmouth to London Waterloo and excellent schooling in the vicinity includes Bedales School, Churcher's College and Ditcham Park School.
