" A good opportunity to purchase this detached extended four bedroom cottage situated in a highly regarded rural location 3 miles to the north of Petersfield. The accommodation briefly comprises, covered entrance porch with courtesy light, entrance hall with balustrade staircase to the first floor landing, living room with wood burning stove set in a brick chimney breast and double glazed casement doors to the outside, kitchen/dining room with a range of pine fitted units and built-in Rayburn and a shower room on the ground floor. On the first floor there are four bedrooms, two of which provide lovely views over the surrounding countryside and there is a first floor bathroom suite. The cottage is approached via a wooden five bar gate which opens into a tarmac driveway providing parking for three vehicles and there is a detached garage with up and over door and power and lighting connected.

Garryowen is situated in a delightful rural location and yet is within easy reach of the market town of Petersfield.
