" An extremely rare opportunity to purchase this recently built, detached single storey barn situated in a quiet and unspoilt location on the outskirts of Buriton with far reaching panoramic views over the countryside. Construction
3 Dean Barn has been built to the highest ecological standards, using sustainable, local materials including timber, greensand chalk and reclaimed materials. The external walls are timber frame and rammed earth. The underfloor heating and hot water are fed by a ground source heat exchange system and the high levels of insulation maximise the use of passive heat. The studio has a sedum grass roof.

3 Dean Barn is situated in an outstanding rural location along the South Downs Way and benefits from panoramic and far reaching views over Hampshire countryside. The house is recently constructed and features a ground source heating system and some internal walls which have been created by the rammed earth building method. The highly regarded village of Buriton has a village pond, two public houses and church and the nearby market town of Petersfield has and excellent range of shops including the Rams Walk complex, Waitrose and Tesco supermarkets, Marks & Spencer food hall and a twice weekly market held in The Square on Wednesday and Saturday.
