The Old Bank is on The Street in the village of South Harting, where you can park directly outside the property.  South Harting is in the heart of the National Park and has a popular destination gastro pub, a busy and well run village stores with Post Office, and a fabulous primary school  The front door opens into a small hall with masses of coat hooks and shoe rack.  There is a large open plan lounge with original parquet flooring, and a thick rug under the large coffee table in front of the log burner.  The kitchen is well equipped with electric cooker & hob, washing machine and small fridge.  There is a new window looking out on the courtyard which is attractively decorated with French shabby chic memorabilia.  There are new double glazed patio doors opening onto the courtyard which is tiled with a small table and two chairs.  Upstairs at the rear of the cottage is a large double bedroom with good storage, and a new king size bed with storage underneath, contemporary striped blackout blinds for the morning sun which streams in and a neutral carpet, again new.  The second bedroom is a small single with good shelving and large clothe hooks.  The white bathroom suite has an efficient electric shower with good flow of hot water on demand, for extra heating there is a large new heated towel rail.  Its a small but totally private central village cottage with a very good Internet connection and close to many amenities in the market town of Petersfield, (4 miles).
