" A rare opportunity to purchase this Victorian detached five bedroom family home, situated in the heart of the highly sought after West Sussex village of South Harting. The property is a former Quaker meeting house and the accommodation briefly comprises, split level reception hall with study area, large living room with glazed double doors to the outside, 'L' shaped kitchen/dining room fitted with a range of Shaker style units, inner hall with staircase to the first floor landing, utility area and ground floor cloakroom. On the first floor landing there is a built-in airing cupboard, master bedroom with windows to two aspects both providing lovely views of the village, church and hills beyond and the guest bedroom also has views over the surrounding countryside, a walk-in wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom. There are two further double bedrooms and fifth bedroom which could also be used as a study. There is a re-fitted bathroom suite and part boarded loft. We have no hesitation in recommending a prompt internal inspection. The garden is laid to lawn with stocked flower and shrub borders and is bordered by brick walls and panelled fencing. To the rear of the house there is an integral workshop/store housing the oil tank and there is power and lighting connected.
