" A well maintained four bedroom detached home constructed about 12 years ago and forming part of a small exclusive development on the southern edge of Rogate. The property is situated in a tucked away private position and the accommodation briefly comprises, entrance hall with ceramic tiled flooring and balustrade staircase, re-fitted cloakroom with white suite comprising wash hand basin with mixer tap, low level w.c and fully tiled walls and floor, dual aspect sitting room with open hearth fireplace set in a marble and wooden surround, dining room with wood laminate flooring and double glazed casement doors to the rear garden and a kitchen/breakfast room fitted with a range of modern units and built-in appliances. On the first floor galleried landing there is a large double glazed window, the master bedroom has a built-in double wardrobe with cupboard above and an en-suite shower room and there are three further bedrooms and a family bathroom.
