" We are pleased to be able to offer a three bedroom terraced house in excellent condition on the popular Rival Moor Road offering uninterrupted views to the Southdowns and surrounding farmland and fields. There are two off road parking places with plenty of roadside parking opposite . The entrance hall leads into a lovely bright and spacious lounge/diner with double aspect windows, wood laminate flooring and a feature fireplace holding a wood burning stove with wood mantle over. The kitchen has a gas hob with double oven, plumbing for washing machine and space for fridge / freezer. The flooring is very attractive with slate effect tiles. The back door leads to the rear garden which is laid to lawn with path, patio area and a small decking area with the advantage of a back gate. Upstairs you will find three bedrooms, spacious airing cupboard, family bathroom and loft hatch with pull down ladder. Bedroom one has south facing windows overlooking the Southdowns, bedroom two is of double size and bedroom three is a single and is south facing. The family bathroom has a P shaped bath with shower over, w/c and hand basin set in bathroom unit. In our opinion this a wonderful ready to move in starter home or excellent buy to let property.
