" Hewletts is a quite extraordinary period four bedroom detached family home on the highly sought after Love Lane, close to central Petersfield. Standing on a very generous plot of about a third of an acre, Hewletts, which is believe to have been built in the 1920's, has a wealth of period charm and offers a comfortable sitting room, with a door onto a fabulous south facing covered seating area in the garden, a separate dining room, modernised kitchen / breakfast room, cloakroom, and utility whilst on the first floor there are four good sized bedrooms and two bathrooms. The gardens to the front are of a very good size, laid mainly to lawn, with a long gravelled driveway offering parking for several cars, together with an attached single garage, whilst the south facing rear gardens, in excess of two hundred feet in length, have a large patio area adjacent to the house, a quaint garden studio, large lawns, specimen trees and shrubs and are quite delightful in every way.
