" A perfect family home has become available in the centre of Petersfield town ideal for those wishing to commute or just take advantage of all the excellent schools, country walks and fabulous restaurants, & bars nearby.This family home was extended circa 1910 with the original part believed to be much older. The house has been sympathetically renovated by the current owners who have lived here for 14 years, and now combines excellent use of light and space to create very practical family living.The property underwent a complete structural renovation in 2000 including rewiring & plumbing.

The entrance hall lends itself to many uses including a large dining room, a piano room or just extra space for a growing family.The living room has a feature fireplace with an electric wood burner style heater and includes front and rear aspect windows, the rear being French doors leading to the garden and patio.Also off of the hallway is another family room that can be used as an office or playroom.
