This property and been improved and modernised by the current owners and provides good accommodation over two floors in this popular cul de sac position. Situation
A popular residential cul-de-sac located on the edge of Liphook. The village offers a range of shops and station on the PortsmouthWaterloo main line. There are schools for all age groups in the village and more comprehensive facilities are available in the town of Haslemere within about 5 miles, and also offering a main line station. There is good access to the A3 at Liphook. There are many acres of fine countryside close at hand, much under the ownership of the National Trust.
