" An extremely well appointed semi-detached house with excellent accommodation over three floors. Built in 2015 it is presented to a high specification. Entering through the hallway there is a modern fitted kitchen, cloakroom and door to fabulous open plan sittingdining area with inset lantern roof light and bi-folding double doors to the garden. Other features to note is a fabulous fireplace with in built wood burning stove and recessed ceiling spot lighting. To the first floor are two double and one single bedrooms and family bathroom. To the second floor is an excellent main suite with long views over the village, built-in wardrobes and storage, and luxurious en suite shower room. An inspection is highly recommended to appreciate the quality of this property.

Conveniently situated within about 0.25 mile of the village centre. There is an excellent range of everyday shopping facilities, Sainsburys supermarket and schools for all age groups. Liphook station on the WaterlooPortsmouth main line is about 0.75 mile distant. More comprehensive facilities are available in to towns of Haslemere and Petersfield. There are many acres of fine countryside close at hand, much under the ownership of the National Trust.
