" On the market for the first time in over 70 years a 3 bedroom bay fronted 1930's house conveniently located for Liphook village centre and with a 146' long rear garden. Whilst needing modernisation, the house does have double glazed windows, a gas heating system via radiators and off road parking. Other similar houses within this individual series of village centre homes have been extended taking advantage of the impressive gardens which enjoy a westerly aspect.
