" Sitting in the very heart of the semi rural village of Wood Street on the outskirts of Guildford, this is a quite delightful chaelt style home that has been thoroughly renovated and enlarged by our clients with enormous attention to detail. Being a chalet style home the accommodation also has a good deal of flexibiltiy to its use depending upon the needs of the buyer and from the start and throughout is beautifully proportioned, neutrally decorated and is very much a home into which a buyer could move extremely easily. The principal living space is a quite superb open plan kitchen/sitting room which has bi-fold doors across the back that open out onto the terrace and garden and give stunning views to the open fields beyond making an extremely attractive and very workable day to day living room. The kitchen has been fabulously fitted out with a very comprehensive range of wooden units with granite work surfaces and integrated appliances that include an induction hob, two stainless steel ovens, a fitted fridge/freezer and dishwasher as well as an integrated wine cooler.
