" Situated in a very attractive and convenient location on the fringes of Wood Street Village and still within easy reach of Guildford town centre and the university, this is a very nicely presented three bedroom end terrace home. The house has been immaculately cared for by our clients during their time there with a completely refitted kitchen and bathroom and neutral decor throughout and is very much a home into which an incoming buyer could move extremely easily. On the ground floor a large open plan reception room creates a superb day to day living space for the house and with doors that lead out onto the covered rear terrace and the garden beyond it is also extremely workable during the spring and summer months. The kitchen has been fitted out with an excellent range of wooden units with ample space for a range of appliances as well as a built-in stainless steel oven and hob, tiled floor and walls and a door that leads out onto the terrace and garden. Upstairs there are three light and airy bedrooms and a beautifully presented bathroom.
