" FURNITURE OPTIONAL. PETS ALLOWED. A unique and rare property with a most interesting history. The property is believed to have been built between 1872 and 1877 in the grounds of a large property. A family used the Cottage as their private chapel and it is described on an ordnance survey map as a mission room. The property was converted into a Cottage around 1964 - 1965 and retains its original arched front door and porch, an internal arch and several internal heavy wooden beams and supports. Accommodation includes two excellent sized receptions rooms, a kitchen/breakfast room, three bedrooms, a downstairs bathroom and a re fitted bathroom on the first floor. Outside the pretty gardens surround the property. GARDENER INCLUDED WITHIN THE RENT IF REQUIRED
