" Presented to a high standard and over looking fields to the front is this detached three double bedroom bungalow. Having been extended to the rear the property exudes spaces throughout and also offers a light and airy feel too.

The accommodation is entered via a porch to the front. This leads to the hall that spans the majority of the bungalow. Immediately in front is the third bedroom. To the right is a store room that can be used as a utility room and could also be converted into a WC.

Turning to the left and moving further down the hall, to the front are the master bedroom and second bedroom. Both can house a double bed and additional furniture. At the end of the hall is the fitted white bathroom.

On the right of the hall moving to the back of the house is the dining room. This is open plan into the 21' lounge that almost spans the width of the house, but for bi-folding doors into the conservatory that really opens this space up.

The lounge benefits from a feature fireplace and French doors leading to the garden. The final room is the kitchen placed off the dining room. This is a fitted kitchen.
