" A delightful detached property believed to originally date back to the 18th century situated in grounds of approximately 3/4ths acre that has been extended and modernised by the current owners and now provides excellent family accommodation arranged over two floors. The front door opens into lovely light entrance hall with sitting room and family room, both with double doors leading out to the garden, dining room, kitchen and utility with downstairs WC.

The first floor is of equal merit with four striking double bedrooms all with lovely high ceilings, with the master having the benefit of balcony and ensuite shower room, and family bathroom. Three of the bedrooms enjoy views over the garden and then the open countryside.

Outside, the property is approached via a tarmacadam driveway behind a wooden gate. There is a detached double garage with studio above which subject to planning could be converted to an annex. The rear garden is mainly laid to lawn and is surrounded by open fields to one side an woodland to the other.
