" The property comprises a charming ground floor, a major proportion of a large country house in a semi-rural location on the outskirts of Midhurst. The new shared entrance hall has an elegant front door leading to the reception hall which in turn leads to a magnificent sitting room/dining room with two bay windows, high ceilings and a number of period features. The kitchen/breakfast room is also a feature of the property being well fitted, light with double aspect windows. There are two bedrooms, a bathroom and separate shower room and there is a trap door in the bathroom providing access to a useful cellar.

Found on the northern outskirts of Midhurst in the hamlet of Easebourne the property is well situated for the local services. Midhurst offers a good range of local amenities including shopping, schools, churches, sporting and recreational facilities. The country surrounding sits within the heart of the South Downs National Park and is renowned for its outstanding beauty along with Polo at Cowdray and racing at Goodwood.
