" A beautifully refurbished and reconfigured detached family home of part brick and tile hung elevations. A great deal of care and consideration has been given to the refurbishment and the property now offers a practical yet versatile configuration over two floors. The front door opens into a central hallway with doors to all rooms. The beautifully refitted kitchen is complemented with a range of units under granite work surfaces, central island unit and a Rangemaster electric cooker. In addition there is room for a table for less formal dining. The Drawing room has a bay window over looking the garden, leading through into a formal dining area. Access can be gained into a further room that could be a 2nd family room, currently being used as a ground floor bedroom suite complemented with an en-suite shower room. The sitting room is flooded with natural light with bi-folding doors leading to a decked terrace. In addition there is a coal effect fire in a limestone surround. The first floor is of equal merit, the large bathroom suite with a spa bath, wash basin, WC and walk in tiled shower cubicle together with a fully fitted walk in dressing room. Situation
Lodsworth is a highly regarded and sought after village in the picturesque county of West Sussex. There are local services in the village including a church, shop and public house. For more comprehensive facilities Petworth and Haslemere offer a selection of specialist shops and stores. Haslemere mainline station offers a frequent service to Waterloo in under a hour.
