" A delightful, well presented four bedroom detached property with detached garage on the outskirts of the picturesque village of Lodsworth. On entering the property, you will get a great sense of space with lovely entrance hall, double aspect sitting room with woodburner and French doors leading outside, light kitchen breakfast room, downstairs shower room/WC and conservatory. Upstairs the property benefits from three double bedrooms and a single all with lovely views of the surrounding area. There is also a family bathroom.

Outside, the property benefits detached double garage, summer house, patio area with garden mainly laid to lawn with mature shrubs perfect creating a lovely setting for al-fresco dining.

Lodsworth is a small village within the Sussex Downs area of outstanding beauty located between Midhurst and Petworth approximately half a mile north of the A272. There is a small church and local village pub. The local shop in Lodsworth is called the Lodsworth Larder which is actually set-up and ran by the residents of Lodsworth. In 2010 it won the Public and Community award from the Sussex Heritage and in 2012 it was awarded Best Corner Shop by the Daily Telegraph. Including selling fresh produce and groceries, they have daily deliveries of fruit, vegetables and bakery produce, sell meat and poultry from the Cowdray Estate, and have a wide variety of delicatessen produce, and local artisan cheeses. It also offers services for the Royal Mail and has a collection centre for prescriptions.

The nearby town of Midhurst provides further amenities including a wide and varied range of shopping and recreational facilities, schools, churches, restaurants and bars with further amenities being found in the nearby towns of Chichester, Haslemere and Petersfield. Each also boasting mainline railway stations.

Sporting and recreational facilities in the area include polo at Cowdray Park, horse racing at Goodwood and Fontwell, golf in numerous courses in the area and sailing on the south coast. The area is surrounded by delightful countryside being set in the heart of the South Downs National Park and therefore also offers excellent walking and riding opportunities.
