" A beautifully presented Victorian attached cottage located on this prestigious and popular road on the rural fringes of Haslemere. The property has an abundance of charm and character and has been sympathetically extended and improved by the present owners. This home now offers a lovely double aspect kitchen/dining room with an area for comfortable chairs and French doors opening out to the garden. This really feels like the heart of the home and provides a tremendous family space and a wonderful entertaining area. In addition there is a   dual aspect sitting room with wood burning stove; cloakroom and utility room. The First floor is of equal merit providing four bedrooms which includes a lovely master with en suite shower room and a family bathroom.

Situation
The property occupies a commanding plot in Fernden Lane. Situated approximately 2 miles from Haslemere town centre and the mainline station (Waterloo in under one hour). Close by there is direct access to the surrounding, outstanding countryside, much of which is National Trust owned, including Marley Common and Blackdown. There are a large range of shops, boutiques, coffee houses, restaurants and pubs in Haslemere as well as two hotels. For the road user, access to the A3 at Hindhead provides fast connection to the M25, London, Heathrow, Gatwick or the south coast.
