" 3 Hawksfold House is believed to have been constructed in 1867 by the noted architect Anthony Salvin. Listed Grade II, the property was divided into four individual houses in 1984 and is accessed via a private drive leading in turn to a gravelled area with parking for several cars and a double garage, with the main hub of Fernhurst village just under 0.5 of a mile away.
This wonderful home boasts well-proportioned flexible accommodation with its 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 3 reception rooms positioned over three floors, with excellent ceiling heights and large windows allowing the property to be flooded with natural light throughout the day. Of particular note is the kitchen/breakfast room with woodburner and original shutters, which leads directly into the formal dining room and out onto south west facing gardens beyond.
