" The property comprises a detached family house enlarged and improved over the years offering extensive accommodation over three floors. From the hall there is access to the sitting room which is an attractive room with a bay window which in turn leads through to the family room/study and at the back of the property there is a kitchen/breakfast room with access to the decking and a dining room, again with access to the decking.

At first floor level the main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a separate shower cubicle. There are three further bedrooms and a family bathroom and stairs provide access to the top floor where there is a studio/office. To the front of the property the grounds are made over to mainly a parking area for a number of cars and to the rear there is a brick built shed/store and an extensive entertaining decking area, beyond which are areas of lawn with hedged boundaries.

Situation
The property is situated towards the edge of this popular village which is found north east of Haslemere. There are a wide selection of specialist shops and stores available in the High Street of Haslemere, along with supermarkets, recreational and social facilities and a mainline station offering a frequent service to London Waterloo in under an hour. Alternative rail services are found at Witley and Milford and there is access to the A3 at Milford providing a road link to both London, the south coast and Heathrow and Gatwick Airports. There is a village school and church and a very active village hall along with an Inn. Bus services connect with Haslemere, Godalming and Guildford.
