" A delightful character semi detached house with off street parking in this popular village with its excellent local school.
Situation
Grayswood is a very popular Surrey village lying about 1 mile to the north of Haslemere with a pretty village green, modern sports pavilion/hall, first school, church and public house. The area surrounding is ideal for country pursuits. Haslemere town centre provides a wider range of shopping and recreational facilities including many interesting individual shops, bars, street cafes and restaurants. In and around the town are some excellent schools for most age groups both Private and State. Haslemere main line station offers a fast commuter service to Waterloo in around 55 minutes.

The house has a most wonderful feel to it with many character features including picture rails to some of the rooms, a cast iron fireplace in both the sitting room and main bedroom and many stripped pine doors. The dining room has exposed flooring and opens up onto the kitchen which has a range of wall floor and drawer units with beech block tops and built in hob and oven and then there is a very useful utility room beyond. The southerly garden is a real delight with many mature shrubs and plants including bamboo, camellia, lavender, an expanse of lawn all leading up to raised beds and timber garden shed.
