" Primely positioned just a few hundred yards from Haslemere's vibrant High Street, this spacious detached home built by local architect/builder Parbury between 1902 - 1906 is steeped in history. The property is Grade II listed mainly as the home from 1917 until his death of Arnold Dolmetsch, pioneer of the early music revival and founder of the factory for making early music instruments.
Although this home would benefit from some cosmetic updating it provides a warm and welcoming feeling for the incoming owners to create a fabulous home.
The accommodation comprises a spacious hallway, modern kitchen with AGA, separate utility room, sitting room, family room, cloakroom and bathroom on the ground floor. Whilst upstairs six bedrooms with the principal room having an en-suite and a family bathroom completes the upstairs accommodation.
There is then a separate studio/ music hall with office that could be used for many purposes including a work from home space or fitness studio.
