" This most attractive family home provides a flexible combination of either four bedrooms and three reception rooms, or five bedrooms and two reception rooms.

The accommodation provides a bright and airy feeling and comprises a front door with access to the entrance hall, which in turn leads to all ground floor rooms. There is a sitting room with doors leading to and windows overlooking the rear garden and a squared arch leading from the sitting room to the dining room. This is open plan to the kitchen area which is dual aspect with windows to front and rear. A study/bedroom five is accessed from the entrance hall. A w/c completes the ground floor.

On the first floor from the landing are four bedrooms (three doubles and a decent sized single). A refitted family bathroom with separate shower completes the accommodation.

The property is approached via a driveway with parking for several vehicles and pedestrian access to the rear garden via a side footpath. The rear garden is a good size and provides privacy backing onto neighbouring gardens and open fields beyond. A patio area abuts the property; however, the remainder of the garden is mainly laid to lawn with maturing flower and shrub borders. There is also a deck patio to the far end of the garden. EPC-D
