" A two bedroom semi-detached cottage built in 2000, situated in the heart of the village with accommodation arranged over two floors. The property has been much improved by the current owner to provide immaculate presentation throughout. Approached from a courtyard to the front leading to a covered entrance porch. The front door opens into a small hallway with doors to all rooms, a downstairs WC and stairs to the first floor. The double aspect sitting room is complemented with a feature fireplace and has double doors opening into the conservatory which can be used as an additional dining area or a second reception room. The kitchen/breakfast room is fitted with a range of units and includes an integral AEG washing/drying machine, Neff dishwasher and SMEG electric fan oven with gas hob over. There is appliance space for a refrigirator/freezer and sufficient area for a breakfast or dining table. The kitchen area enjoys views to the low maintenence rear garden, which in turn backs onto a recreation ground. The first floor is of equal merit and provides two double bedrooms, both with fitted wardrobes, an en suite to the master and a separate main bathroom which has a modern white suite.

The property is situated in a highly regarded and sought after location within a few hundred yards of the local amenities in Beacon Hill, Hindhead Golf course and open countryside.
