" This modern two bedroom house set within the heart of Hindhead would make an excellent first time purchase or buy to let investment.
Offering light and spacious accommodation throughout, the ground floor offers an entrance hall, leading to a refitted kitchen with some integrated appliances, downstairs cloakroom and large reception room. The reception space offers the facility for both living and dining, and enjoys direct access onto the garden via patio doors.
Upstairs, there are two double bedrooms, and a refitted bathroom.

Hindhead village has undergone extensive improvement over the last two years since the opening of the Hindhead tunnel, and has subsequently become a sought after village with local shops and cafe's. The devil's punchbowl is within half a mile giving access to wonderful woodland walks and scenic views over miles of national trust land beyond.
The main line station can be found at Haslemere, just under 3 miles away, offering a regular service to London Waterloo and Portsmouth. The A3 is also within easy reach, giving road links to London and the South Coast, newly improved by the opening of the Hindhead Tunnel.
