" An attractive and well presented ground floor apartment in this popular development in the heart of Hindhead which is deceptively spacious inside. Built in 2003, the properties are set in communal grounds with parking and are ideally placed for the towns of both Haslemere and Farnham and access on to the A3. The accommodation which is all presented in excellent decorative order offers a good sized entrance hall with laminate flooring, front aspect and well fitted kitchen, a dual aspect sitting room with French doors leading out to a small decked area and communal garden, master bedroom with en suite shower room, second double bedroom and family bathroom. Outside there are a number of lawned areas and communal parking. Situation
Royal Huts Avenue is located in the centre of Hindhead which is undergoing a regeneration project. The Hindhead Tunnel now provides for easy access on to the A3 for Guildford and London. The popular village of Grayshott is close by with a variety of local shops and the area is surrounded by some stunning countryside including The Devil's Punchbowl, Hindhead Common and Gibbett Hill, Waggoner's Wells and The Golden Valley. Haslemere and Farnham Towns are approximately 3 miles and 8 miles away respectively with more comprehensive shopping, leisure and transport facilities. The fast train from Haslemere to London Waterloo is approximately 50 minutes and those from Farnham are about 1 hour. In addition there are some excellent schools locally, both state and private.
