" This extremely large and well proportioned first floor apartment, one of only six in the development, on the edge of the popular village of Grayshott. The property is approached by a communal hallway with stairs leading to the first floor and front door to the apartment which opens into a good size entrance hall with airing cupboard. The rooms are all located off the hallway with two double bedrooms, the main master suite having an ensuite shower room and a further good size second double bedroom. There is a family bathroom, large kitchen/breakfast room and glorious dual aspect sitting/dining room with views into the gardens and grounds. Occupying a pleasant position on the edge of the village this apartment is located just off Crossways Road within 0.6 mile of Grayshott village and close to the A3.
