" A classic 1930s semi-detached home located on a popular residential road, conveniently positioned for easy access to Brookwood mainline railway station and local amenities.

With great potential to extend backwards and upwards (subject to planning approvalconsent) this home has three bedrooms, three receptions and a family bathroom. Throughout the ground floor, stairwell and first floor there is real wood flooring whilst in the bathroom and kitchen there is tiled flooring. The conservatory has a durable vinyl floor.

Fully double glazed and gas central heated, the home is powered by a modern Worcester Bosch gas condensing boiler which is located in the attached rear store room. From the kitchendining room there are French doors into the conservatory whilst both receptions rooms have the traditional 1930s tiled fire surrounds with the front living room benefitting from a real working open fire.
