" This is a great family home offering vacant possession with no onward chain, 4 double bedrooms, and a large south west facing rear garden that extends to a 1/3 of acre. Positioned within the parish of West Horsley, on the Horsley/Ockham border, this home is within a mile of the village centre, with its station and local shops, as well as being a short walk into open country-side ideal for either dog walking or those Sunday morning strolls. Inside the house has well planned accommodation, great for the growing family. The main living room, which is dual aspect, extends to 24 feet in length and has large double glazed sliding doors onto the rear terrace, as well as a brick fireplace. The dining room, with hatch to the kitchen, could alternatively be used as a family room, has lovely views down the garden, through the double glazed windows, and can comfortably seat 6-8 people. For those who work from home or indeed if you need a room just to get away from it all, the study is tucked away to the front of the house. The kitchen is well equipped with a large amount of storage in the base and eye level units along with built-in dishwasher and a 5 ring gas range with eletric double oven below. There is also space for a fridge/freezer, whilst a double glazed stable door takes you out to the side of the house. Predominantly lawned and being 'L' shaped, there are a number of trees including Willow plus an historic brick built gazebo, dating back we understand, to the 1930's. This garden is a wonderful place for the children to play safely in. "
