" The first striking feature of this detached bungalow is the impressive approach via twin brick pillars to a long driveway with large lawned garden. Inside, all the rooms are off an L-shaped hallway. The living room has an exposed parquet floor (as does the entrance hall) and French doors lead onto the rear garden. The kitchen, to the front, is a little dated and provides the incoming owner an opportunity to update to their own taste. It is however, perfectly usable at present with a range of cupboards and drawers, spaces for gas cooker and the usual appliances. The 3 bedrooms are all double sizes. The bathroom is currently a shower room which could also be re-installed as a bathroom. There is a separate WC. To the rear of the property, the garden is a good size and very well secluded, containing a greenhouse, shed and an ornamental pond. "
