" It becomes immediately apparent upon stepping over the threshold, that this is an exceptional home. A fine reception hall awaits, stunningly floored in cream porcelain tiles with solid oak doors leading off to give a sophisticated feel and finish. The principal sitting room is calming and relaxing on the eye with its solid oak flooring, stone surround fireplace and beautiful cornicing. The dining room enjoys same styled cornicing, flooring and fireplace. The study/family room is an excellent size. As one might expect, the kitchen/dining room is the proverbial hub of this house. Beautifully fitted with a comprehensive range of hand-made bespoke cream fronted units designed by Stephen Anthony. Extensive granite work-surfaces and a large central granite topped unit with cupboards below and casual eating space. Recess for American style fridge freezer (with wine rack over) and further recess for double width gas range. Fitted appliances include a Bosch dishwasher, Baumatic microwave and coffee maker. The beautiful Orangery with double French doors to garden and wonderful roof lantern provides an enormous amount of light at any time of year and being off the kitchen area is a room you will doubtless spend much time. An oak staircase leads to the first floor - with access to 4 of the double bedrooms. It's worth noting that none of the bedrooms share a dividing wall! They certainly have their own individual style. A master bedroom of sumptuous proportions features, via French doors, a large paved sun-terrace. Twin walk in dressing rooms with fitted furniture and a large en-suite bathroom includes a full suite. Each bedroom on this floor enjoys its own bathroom. The family bathroom is huge and is en-suite to one of the bedrooms. Further stairs lead to the second floor landing and access to 2 further beautifully decorated double bedrooms, and the games room - of significant proportions with large built in storage recess. This floor also features its own kitchen so you can enjoy the benefits of the games/tv room without having to go downstairs to grab a bite to eat or drink. Furthermore, there is another bathroom on this floor.

The house includes a video security-com system. A number of the principal rooms enjoy ceiling speakers to a hi-fi system via a wireless multi-zoned Sonos set up. High ceilings predominate throughout all the rooms including the top floor. The dn++cor is of extremely high quality. "
