" This fine detached house was originally built, we believe, in the 1920s and although there are still many features of this period still in tact, the house has also been carefully maintained and updated over the years. Certainly our clients have thoroughly enjoyed their tenure here and they will confirm it is a great house for raising children and for perfect access to Woking train station. The house provides a particularly spacious feel about it and is accessed via an oak front door to a spacious entrance hall featuring 3/4 height painted oak panelling. All the internal doors here have black latch furniture. The two principal reception rooms are very impressive sizes and include a dining room with a front aspect bay window, beamed ceiling, open fireplace and an array of wall mounted bookshelves. The drawing room again has an open fireplace and twin aspect double glazed windows with a door to the garden and a beamed ceiling. The kitchen/breakfast room has more than enough space for a dining table and is fitted with a comprehensive range of oak units. Integral appliances include a 4 ring gas hob with separate eye level double oven and spaces for dishwasher, fridge and freezer. There is a very useful built in larder cupboard. Upstairs to the first floor where there are three principal double bedrooms, all very good sizes and one of which with a spacious en-suite bathroom with separate shower cubicle. There is also a family bathroom on this floor. A further staircase leads to the large second floor landing area where there is space to create a further bathroom if so desired. Off this, are two further double bedrooms.

The house has been sensitively double glazed with sealed unit windows and the heating is via a gas central heating system to radiators with a recently replaced British Gas combination boiler, in the kitchen. "
