" Saunders Lane is a hugely attractive semi rural location that offers the peace and tranquillity that comes from living out of the town but at the same time, is hugely convenient for access back into the centre of Woking. The property has been extremely well cared for and cleverly extended by our clients during their time there resulting in a home that very much offers the best of both worlds between character and convenience. Thanks to the nature of the extension, the house now also works extremely well on a practical day to day living basis taking into account the needs of today's family living, all of which very much adds to the overall pleasure of what is a delightful character home.

The practicality of the accommodation is particularly apparent on the ground floor where there is a very substantial and beautifully fitted kitchen/breakfast room that allows for a great of flexibility in its use, depending upon the needs of the buyer but makes a wonderful day to day living and dining space. The kitchen itself is fitted out with an excellent range of wooden units and granite worksurfaces and has a whole range of built in appliances which include a stainless oven with fitted hob over, dishwasher and a substantial fridge/freezer. This wonderful open plan space is extremely light and airy and is undoubtedly part of what makes this such an attractive family home. Adjacent to the kitchen, there is a family room on the back of the house with doors that lead out onto the patio and rear garden beyond while on the front, there is a more formal and hugely attractive sitting room which features a wood burning stove and overlooks the front of the house through a square bay window.

On the first floor, the master bedroom is a superbly light and airy space with a large veluxe window and a delightful Juliet balcony overlooking the garden, all of which makes this a very attractive master bedroom indeed. The second bedroom is likewise a double and has two built in wardrobes while the third bedroom, on the side of the house, is equally attractive and again, extremely light thanks to a veluxe window in the roof. The bathroom is quite exceptional for a house of this nature, not only as it is of a very unusual size, but also as it has been beautifully fitted out with a freestanding ball and clawfoot bath as well as a separate shower.

All in all, this is a very carefully thought out, as well as, a very warm and comfortable family home situated in a much sought after semi rural location. "
