" Whilst this semi-detached house offers some scope for the incoming purchaser to put their own decorative stamp upon it, the bones of the property are undoubtedly very good indeed. Certainly it offers excellent space in its price bracket, and an exceptional garden. A large entrance hall gives access to the main reception room and the separate kitchen/dining room. The sitting room incorporates what was the original entrance hall so is bigger than average for the estate. There is a brick surround open fireplace, sliding patio doors to the rear and includes the staircase. The kitchen is L-shaped and has plenty of space for a dining table whilst offering an ample range of eye and base level units, plenty of worktops and spaces for all the usual appliances. Off the kitchen is a very useful covered storage area at the side of the house. Upstairs, all 3 bedrooms are of a decent size - 2 excellent doubles and a good single. There is a bathroom and separate wc. Heating is via a gas system to radiators and most of the windows are double glazed. To the front is a good size lawned garden and a large area of hardstanding providing off street parking. This area could be enlarged if so desired. The rear garden is an excellent length and is mainly lawned. A recently built (still to be finished) large external studio has created our here. There is also a timber garden shed and a glazed greenhouse. It should be noted that the last 25-30 feet or so of garden is not officially owned by No22, but by Woking Borough Council. The Garden faces a South-Westerly direction. "
