" Meadway Drive is a very convenient location indeed that is situated in the very heart of Horsell village and is therefore within just a few minutes' stroll of the High Street. Horsell is a very popular location, not only because it has a very comprehensive and attractive high street with a whole range of local shops, pubs and restaurants but also as it is within such easy reach of Woking town centre which is likewise within walking distance. The accommodation is very conventionally laid out with two nicely proportioned reception rooms, one on the back and one on the front which inter connect and at the back, lead out onto the recently relaid terrace and the rear garden. The living room on the front has a large bay window that allows in a great deal of natural light while the kitchen is well fitted with a comprehensive range of units and has ample space at the far end for a breakfast table. On the first floor, the two main bedrooms are very comfortable doubles while the third is a very workable single and the bathroom has been recently refitted with an attractive white contemporary suite. At the front of the house, there is off-road parking while a driveway leads down the side of the property to a garage at the rear. The garden is principally laid to lawn and very well enclosed providing the house with a very attractive setting. For those times when you require something more comprehensive than the village, Woking's busy and hugely improved town centre is within very easy reach with its wide and eclectic array of bars, cafes, restaurants and shops as well as the New Victoria theatre and the multi-screen cinema in the Peacocks centre. Woking mainline station is widely regarded as one of the best commuting stations in the south east while the wider area is surrounded by miles of woodland and open spaces which are ideal for walking and cycling.
