" This excellent detached home was originally built in the 1930's, it has been sensitively extended to modern standards in the last few years. It now provides an excellent level of accommodation, perfect for the family. You step over the threshold into a bright entrance hall with solid walnut flooring which extends into the living room and family room. The front aspect living room is a lovely relaxing room featuring an original 1930s burgundy tile surround open fireplace and window shutters to the bay window. The family room could have a variety of functions including a study, children's play area/homework area or because it has glazed bi-fold doors into the kitchen/family room area, an ideal place for opening it up into a large entertaining space. Despite these two lovely rooms, the main attraction here is the kitchen. Definitely the centrepiece of the house and where most of your time will inevitably be spent, it spans the rear of the house and incorporates three separate areas: the kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area. Wide French doors lead onto the garden. The kitchen is fitted with a comprehensive range of gloss white units and eye catching "mint ice" coloured Corian worksurfaces. Integral appliances include a DeDietrich induction hob with chrome extractor hood over and twin side-by-side ovens below, fridge, freezer, Rangemaster dishwasher and Neff microwave. The flooring in the kitchen and dining areas is porcelain tiled and in the sitting area contrasts to walnut. Further ground floor advantages include utility room and a downstairs WC.

Upstairs and there are three excellent double bedrooms and a single. The master is a particularly good size with double aspect windows and featuring its own en-suite shower room with a range of modern white units. The family bathroom is also fitted with an excellent range of modern white furniture.

Further features include a Megaflo heating system, total rewiring of the property and an integral speaker system in the ceiling of the kitchen/dining/living area. "
