" The property is situated close to local shops, schools and amenities within easy reach of Guildford town centre, mainline station and the A3 providing access to London and the south coast.
A light and spacious entrance hall with bamboo flooring, cloakroom and understairs storage leads to a generous living room with a bay window providing plenty of light. At the rear of the house is a fitted kitchen/dining room, also with bamboo flooring, running the full width of the house.
