" A lovely family property with well-planned living accommodation, which offers great scope for the next owners to make their mark, whilst conveniently located in a desirable residential road, nearby to local shops and with easy access to Guildford town centre, the University and mainline station.
A front door leads into the entrance hallway, with doors to all principal rooms on the ground floor and an under stair cupboard. The dual aspect living room is a good size running front to back of the property, with picture rails, an open working fireplace and sliding doors opening to the patio and rear garden beyond. The spacious dining room has pictures rails and features a bay window overlooking the garden.
